Stress Management - Lesson 1

Strive For Balance

Emotions can be powerful. While it isn't healthy to keep  all feelings to ourselves, we also cannot get carried away and express every emotion. So make it a point to:

* Give yourself time to think over the things that seem to be bothering you.

Example: "think!!" use your brain! use your brain! use your brain!

* Share with close friends the things that truly bother you.

Example: You can share with me, Justin, Ben Dew, Timmy, Tommy, Darren, Martin, Nigel the tiger etc etc etc

* Make time for things you enjoy and focus on the positive.

Example of things you enjoy doing: sex with the blonde, wtf.. and anything related to cars =)

Get Enough ZZZ

For your pig case, your minimum sleeping hours = 7 hours. MAX = 9 hours! No bargain-bargain huh THIS IS NOT MARKET!
